Private commission for Benjamin Herrin. He wanted an anthropomorphic character doing Tai Chi. I chose an okapi. Done! :) It was a fun pose to work with.

Pen, prismacolor marker and some white acrylic for touch up.

I'm fascinated by your work with markers. Blending like that totally escapes my comprehension.

Excellent pose.

i love the details both in the shading and in the stripes on this guy. The pose is great as well, and the fan was a nice touch.

Your markering skills are wonderful! I love how rich everything looks because you mix your colors. The sky is particularly delicious, but the green plants look amazing as well because the sky color reflects on them. Great job on the pose and on coloring the okapi's stripes. :) This piece is awesome overall.

Wow, thank you very much! :) I love how prismacolor markers blend, the lend themselves to a wide range of colors to overlap.
